Detailed
Surface Preparation
We carefully prepare all exterior surfaces by pressure washing, scraping, and sanding to ensure longevity for your paint job.
Our Process
1. Cleaning and Protection
Every exterior painting job begins with pressure washing all surfaces that will be painted or stained to remove dust, dirt, and other residue. This ensures that the paint or stain will adhere well.

After a few days, once the painting surfaces have had adequate time to dry, we protect any areas and items that can't get paint on them from overspray and paint drips. Decks, patios, lawns, and gardens are protected by laying down drop sheets. Furniture and other accessories are moved out of the way or covered with plastic.
2. Preparation
We start by removing downspouts, house numbers, and other items that get in the way. Loose or flaking paint is scraped off and rough areas are sanded down to ensure a durable finish. If spray painting, we mask off all surfaces and items that aren't getting painted with paper, plastic, and tape.
2. Painting and Staining
Once everything is fully prepared, painting and staining begins. Smaller, detailed areas like doors and trim are painted by hand. Siding is usually sprayed and back rolled for efficiency. We use the best Sherwin Williams and Benjamin Moore paints and stains to ensure a long-lasting finish.
3. Cleanup and Inspection
After painting is completed, we remove drop sheets and spray masking. Downspouts, house numbers, and other items are re-installed. We finish by sweeping all areas to make sure there is no dust or debris left over when we leave.

Finally, we do a walk around with you to make sure we didn't miss any details and that you're satisfied with the final product.
